How the Blue Collar Investors Club Began

In early 2024, I met with a veteran insurance executive over coffee in San Diego. As we talked about broker challenges—limited access, outdated systems, and shrinking margins—I asked him a simple question:


"How many wins have you had where everything just clicked—right product, right timing, right client?"


He paused, smiled, and said, “Fewer than there should’ve been.”

That’s when it clicked: brokers aren’t lacking effort—they’re lacking leverage. At Realcompare, we believe financial success in this industry comes from stacking consistent, compounding wins.
